Check List-Deck Set Up

  1. deep end roped off using flags and 3 chairs
  2. chairs blocking off deck on south end-a row from the ladder
  3. block off sides of ready bench deck(cut thru must only be behind RB)
  4. the round tables can be used to block &/or placed against the fence
  5. block off deck/grass-SW corner of pool
  6. put a table at that corner for RB Heads, announcer,etc./4 chairs/signs
  7. baby pool blocked with lounge chairs all the way around
  8. ribbons table set up-near baby pool-the club is supposed to bring a rectangle table/tablecloth for this/2 signs
  9. timers chairs next to stairs on side of pool/6 chairs-put timer signs on them to save them (Timer/Home Team)
  10. 4 chairs on opposite side for visitor’s timers/signs on chairs
  11. score table in front of stairs on side of pool/3 chairs/2 signs
  12. rows of chairs in front of bleachers (just as many as you can-2 rows). Be sure to leave room on the deck by the pool for the judges to walk.
  13. do same on opposite side of pool (rows of chairs)
  14. small table and 1 chair for starter beside lifeguard stand/starter sign
  15. table/2 chairs outside gate in grass for check-in clerk/sign
  16. set up ready benches on deck
  17. set up other ready benches on other side near baby pool
  18. put a chair out for judges-on both sides of pool/save with judge sign
  19. flags across pool on both ends-just pull out the flags/concrete posts(4)-coaches put them up
  20. yellow buckets on north end in front of correct lane #’s/add water
  21. stack any extra chairs near fence on SE and NW corners of pool
  22. place event card and stand on deck/north side of deep end
  23. make sure there are 2 garbage cans by kids area/1 by gate/1 near deep end
  24. last but not least, please make sure the restrooms are fully stocked with tp and paper towels!!!!

Check List-Deck Clean Up

  1. take all flags down/put in containers in storage closet
  2. chairs and round tables go back under ready bench area
  3. be sure to get the table outside of the gate (kid check in)
  4. ready benches-stacked against the fences(North & South sides)
  5. round tables/chairs behind bleachers-just spread out all around
  6. put loungers all around pool/including baby pool
  7. put yellow buckets and event cards/stand in storage closet
  8. all trash picked up-there should be extra trash bags (get kids to help)
  9. any other chairs, tables,etc. not in place, put them somewhere!
  10. get kids/coaches to help take down flags across pool on both ends and roll concrete poles over by storage closet
  11. put timer and judge signs in storage closet with flags
  12. make sure the pool area is ready for pool goers the next day!!!
