2010 Online Registration
Online registration is now CLOSED for the season.
Every other year, our team selects a new swim suit. This is not our team's year for purchasing a new swim suit. Swim Suits may be purchased from Lane 4 located at 617 S. Mason Rd. (281-944-9601). The website is www.lanefour.com.

There is also a $25 Swim-A-Thon fund-raising fee per swimmer. This payment is in lieu of a fundraiser.
REFUND POLICY: On or prior to April 23rd, swimmers may request a refund. The request must be submitted in writing to Brooke Bray at braypartyof5@comcast.net. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the amount of 100% of all registration and swim-a-thon fees LESS a $25 processing fee. After April 23rd, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
FORMS: After completing your registration with PayPal, please print and complete the forms on the Downloads Page. Please bring these forms with you on the first day of practice and turn them into Jennifer Burns. For liability purposes, swimmers will not be allowed to practice until the forms have been turned in.
