2008 Online Registration
Online registration for the 2008 season is now OPEN. A family registration ID number is required to complete the registration process. If you do not have a registration ID, please contact Sara Summerfield at PhilSara@comcast.net. Upon receipt of this ID, you can begin the registration process by selecting the register online icon and following the instructions.
Membership at Willow Fork Country Club is not a requirement to be on the swim team.
Please note that the team selects a new swim suit every other year and this is the second year of our current suit.
Swim Suits are available from A-Gleam Swimwear. A representative from A-Gleam will be present at Gator Spirit Day on April 6th or you may visit A-Gleam's store at 5228 Hwy. 6 N (281-859-0425).

There is also a $25 Swim-A-Thon fund-raising fee per swimmer. This payment is in lieu of a fundraiser.
REFUND POLICY: On or prior to May 5th, swimmers may request a refund. The request must be submitted in writing to Jennifer Burns at jennyburns@gmail.com. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the amount of 100% of all registration and swim-a-thon fees LESS a $25 processing fee. After May 5th, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
FORMS: After completing your registration with PayPal, please print and complete the forms on the Downloads Page. Please bring these forms with you on the first day of practice and turn them into Jennifer Burns. For liability purposes, swimmers will not be allowed to practice until the forms have been turned in.
